In the 17 and have a driving license in the UK, says that it can be used anywhere in Europe, so I drive in France, although the age limit is 18 years. If the French must be 18 years to obtain a license from the United Kingdom is 17, so im not sure.

No no no sir - you always comply with all laws of the road in France and one of them is that you must be older than 18 years. There is no gray area - that's for sure
