Abs Training Tips Off Season Training Tips For Water Polo?

Off season training tips for water polo? - abs training tips

Water polo girls do not begin until November (in 2 1 / 2 months) and I started training for it.
I go to the gym, but I'm not sure what I should work. I have to lift 15 kilograms weights, abs training, and participation in a class Turbo Kick Box for saliva.
As for bathing, swimming was after the season ended, and no swimming for the rest of the summer.

So no advice on what should I work?
As in the gym and swimming pool?
